Returns & refunds

If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, email orders@furkitly.com within 30 days of delivery with your order ID and photos. We will arrange a refund or replacement.

Change-of-mind returns: unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days; customer pays return postage unless we made an error. Kit returns are handled as a whole kit unless we agree a partial refund in writing.

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.
